a. Under Construction

i) Arcona 8.2- 40 units
ii) Birch Grove- 18 townhome units
iii) 2450 Gettysburg Road Warehouse
iv) OIP- open before the end of the year
v) Gettysburg Road strip center- Sola Salon, Med Spa, and Clean Eats
vi) Lark Meadows- application in for 1st single family home
vii) West Shore Homes- temporary CO (old PHEAA building)
viii) Mall- JP Sports, Bonchon Chicken, Taco Bell

b. Subdivision Plans

i) Interstate Towing- adding a garage
ii) Trinity- adding two gyms
iii) Spring Lake Apartments- additional 24 units (12 under construction)
iv) Cedar Run Business Park- flex space near Allen Middle, awaiting HOP and BOC approval
v) Cloud 10 Carwash- replacing bank on corner of Lower Allen Drive and Gettysburg- awaiting HOP, applied for demolition permit
vi) Tommy Carwash- Resubmission due to HOP -at Planning Commission 7/18

c. Future Development

i) West Shore Homes in former Members 1st building in Rossmoyne Business center (Building permit)
