7. CONSENT AGENDA
Any Commissioner, staff member, or anyone in attendance who would like to have an item on the Consent Agenda removed for further discussion can request so now. Is there a request for the removal of an item(s) on the Consent Agenda?

Accept motion to approve the items on the Consent Agenda, which are listed as follows:

a. Department Reports for the month of September for Community Development, Fleet Maintenance, Facility Maintenance, Public Works, and Public Safety.

b. Tax Collectors Monthly Reports for March through September 2023.

c. Check Register of October 7, 2023 in the amount of $729,860.53.

8. PRESIDENT VILLONE

a. Any business item(s) from the President.

9. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to ten (10) minutes per person.

10. PUBLIC SAFETY

a. Discussion and possible action: Proposed ordinance 2023-06, Amending Chapter 21 by creating the Department of Fire Rescue Services; authorization to advertise Ordinance 2023-06.

11. COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

a. Discussion: Next Generation 9-1-1 System Meeting update.

b. Possible Action: Authorize staff to prepare an ordinance updating Chapter 73 Buildings, Numbering of.

c. Possible Action: Authorize staff to use Township funds for the creation and installation of private road name signs and for purchase of house number stickers.

12. FINANCE

a. Presentation and discussion: Other Funds budgets for Streetlights, Sanitation, and Highway Aid funds.
