NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will convene a public hearing on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at 7:00 PM at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

1. Docket #2023-04 – The application of April A. Knepp, 2409 New York Avenue, Camp Hill, PA is requesting a special exception in accordance with Section 220-B.(1) of the Code of Lower Allen Township (Code) to have a one-chair beauty salon in her home. She is also requesting a variance from Section 220-165.A.(4) of the Code to install a 2’x2’ sign for her home-based business.

2. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB, and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting.
