NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will convene a public hearing on Thursday, February 15, 2024, at 7:00 PM at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

Docket #2024-01 – The application of PR CC Limited Partnership c/o Preit Services, 2005 Market Street, Suite 100, Philadelphia, PA 19103 is requesting variances from the following sections of Chapter 220, Zoning of the Code of Lower Allen Township: Section 220-74 for impervious coverage limit, Section 220-200.B(1) for parking lot landscaping requirements and Section 220-242.L(2)(b) for parking lot setback distance. The variances are necessary to create a separate, fee simple lot for Sportsman Warehouse at 3500 Capital City Mall Drive.

Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB, and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting.
