REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
LOWER ALLEN TOWNSHIP
CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA

Lower Allen Township, a Township of the First Class located in Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, is soliciting proposals for a Solicitor to serve the Township’s Zoning Hearing Board, in accordance with this Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP is available at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM or on the Lower Allen Township website at www.latwp.org.

All proposals must be received on or before 4:00 PM on Friday, May 3rd, 2024, prevailing time. Proposals shall be submitted and delivered to: Lower Allen Township Zoning Hearing Board, c/o Marcus Brandt, Zoning Officer, 2233 Gettysburg Road Camp Hill, PA 17011 in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the exterior “Proposal for Zoning Hearing Board Solicitor”.

Lower Allen Township reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, with or without cause, and waive any immaterial defects, irregularities or minor informalities in the proposals. The Township also reserves the right to negotiate with all qualified candidates or cancel the RFP, in part or in its entirety, when the Township determines that such action is in the best interests of the Township, in its sole discretion.
