NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

1. Docket #2015-01 – The application of William R. Grace, P.O. Box 301, New Cumberland, PA 17070 is requesting three variances from Chapter 220, Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances of Lower Allen Township, that would enable           submission of an Open Space Development Plan consisting of 26 townhomes on 6.35 acres of land located at 145 S. Locust Street. The specific variance requests are from Section 220-107.B.(1)(b) to reduce the perimeter yard setback from 50 feet to 45 feet for the townhome proposed on Lot 8; from Section 220-115.A. to permit the development to consist entirely of townhomes, rather than providing a minimum of 60 % detached single family dwellings; and from Section 220-116.B. to allow greater than 50% of the proposed common open space to be regraded.

2. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the Zoning Hearing Board and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting.
