Subject: Public Hearing status for ZHB Docket 2015-01

A ZHB application was submitted on behalf of Mr. Grace in February 2015, requesting 3 variances that would enable submission and public review of a townhouse land development plan. We originally provided public notice that a public hearing would occur on March 19, 2015.
Legal counsel for the applicant requested and received two continuances of the public hearing. At the April 16, 2015 ZHB meeting, the applicant requested a continuance until June 18, 2015, for the stated purpose of providing more time to work with the Board of Commissioners and possibly revise the sketch plan of the proposed development. Instead, the ZHB directed that the applicant be prepared to proceed with the case at the May 21, 2015 meeting, or withdraw the application.
Please be advised that the application was withdrawn on May 11, 2015. Docket 2015-01 has been closed, and there will be no public hearing in this matter.
The withdrawal letter indicated the intent to submit a revised request in the future. If ZHB relief is necessary for the revised plan to be processed, you will receive a subsequent public hearing notice.
