REGULAR MEETING

AGENDA

1. Call to Order by President Black. Proof of Publication.

2. Opening Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Approval of Minutes: July 27, 2015

4. Presentation: Stacy Gromlich, West Shore Recreation Commission’s 2016 Budget

5. Audience Participation: Any item on the agenda.

6. CONSENT AGENDA
Any Commissioner, Staff member, or anyone in attendance who would like to have an item on the Consent Agenda removed for further discussion can request so now. Is there a request for the removal of an item(s) on the Consent Agenda?

Accept motion to approve the items on the Consent Agenda, which are listed as follows:

a. Renewal of Improvement Security for SLD Docket No. 2000-11, Heights of Beacon Hill, Phase 2, establishing a new amount of $7,642.60 and a new expiration date of August 10, 2016.

b. Engineer Reports for the months of April, May and June.

c. Tax Collector’s Monthly Report for July, 2015

d. Final payment to Hempt Bros., Inc. in the amount of $6,200.00 for construction of the New Leaf Composting Facility.

e. Moving Ryan Turpin from probationary to regular full-time employment status in the Public Works Department.

f. Increase hourly rate of pay for Ryan Turpin and Scott Harbold from $13.60 (Novice, Non-CDL) to $15.00 (Novice, CDL), as both have obtained their Commercial Driver’s License.

7. PRESIDENT BLACK

a. Motion to approve Check Register of August 7, 2015 in the amount of $331,103.12.

8. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to 15 minutes per person.

9. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

a. Discussion: Request for release of Security Improvement for SLD Docket No. 2012-01, Final Land Development Plan for Supply Chain Facility, 2700 Yetter Court.

b. Discussion and Possible Action: Executing Dirt, Gravel and Low Volume Road Maintenance Project Agreements with the Cumberland County Conservation District for the following projects:
               a. Thompson Lane – East
               b. Thompson Lane – West
               c. Creekwood Drive – Creekwood Park Access

10. FINANCE

a. 2014 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.

11. ASSISTANT MANAGER

a. Place the Township’s two 2013 Ford Interceptors up for auction sale.

b. Updated job descriptions

12. MANAGER

a. Public Safety Director search consultant proposals.

b. Ordinance 2015-04, Wireless communication facilities update.

c. Verizon cell tower lease bids

13. COMMISSIONERS REPORTS

14. Adjourn.
