6. PRESIDENT BLACK

a. Accept a motion to approve the Check Register of January 8th, 2015 in the amount of $320,195.47.

b. Accept a motion to approve a manual check to Black Landscape on December 12, 2015 in the amount of $47.92.

7. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to fifteen (15) minutes per person.

8. PUBLIC SAFETY

a. Discussion: Capital purchase of a new ambulance

b. Discussion and possible action: Activation of the Civil Service Commission

c. Discussion: Qualifications for Police Captain in Civil Service Regulations

9. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

a. Discussion and possible action: MS4 Coordinator Job Description

b. Discussion and possible action: Awarding a contract for professional design services to Century Engineering, Inc., in the amount of $28,540.00, for the Gettysburg Road-Hartzdale Drive Sidewalk Project.

c. Discussion and possible action: Approving the purchase of a boom mower and tractor through PA COSTARS: John Deere Cab Plus MFWD 16×16 Power Quad Tractor, 18’ Mid-Mount Boom Mower with 50” rotary head and 55” snow blower.

d. Discussion: Drainage Plan No. DP 2015-03, 1131 Primrose Avenue.

10. MANAGER

a. Discussion: Amending Chapter 151, Parks and Playgrounds, to 1) amend the hours of operation in all parks and playgrounds to dawn until dusk, and 2) prohibit swimming where posted.

b. Township-wide employee meeting will be held on February 9th at 2:00 pm.
