AGENDA

1. Call to Order by President Black. Proof of Publication.

2. Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes: May 23, 2016

4. Presentation: Cumberland County Commissioner Vincent DiFilippo to recognize extraordinary efforts during Winter Storm Jonas.

5. Audience Participation: Any item on the agenda.

6. CONSENT AGENDA
Any Commissioner, Staff member, or anyone in attendance who would like to have an item on the Consent Agenda removed for further discussion can request so now. Is there a request for the removal of an item(s) on the Consent Agenda?

Accept motion to approve the items on the Consent Agenda, which are listed as follows:

a. Reduction in Improvement Security for SLD Docket No. 2014-01, Final Subdivision and Land Development Plan for Highpoint, Phases 1.1, 1.2 and 1.4, establishing a new amount of $1,868,647.00 and a new expiration date of June 13, 2017.

b. Tax Collector’s Monthly Reports for May 2016.

7. PRESIDENT BLACK

a. Check Register of May 27, 2016 in the amount of $150,731.71.

b. Check Register of June 10, 2016 in the amount of $520,148.94.

c. Accept a motion to accept a certified list of eligible candidates, as presented by the Lower Allen Township Civil Service Commission.

8. VICE-PRESIDENT YOUNG

a. Discussion and possible action: Motion to make a conditional job offer to Alex Milletics in order to begin physical, psychological and polygraph testing, and to sponsor him in the July police academy, with the provision that he passes the above-referenced testing. Hiring resolution to be adopted at the July 11th public meeting.

9. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to fifteen (15) minutes per person.

10. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

a. Discussion and possible action: Renewal of Improvement Security for SLD Docket No. 2011-06, Final Subdivision and Land Development Plan for Meridian on the West Shore, establishing a new amount of $117,737.91 and a new expiration date of June 13, 2017.

b. Discussion: Renewal of Improvement Security for SLD Docket No. 2015-04, Final Land Development Plan for 4530 Lena Drive.

c. Discussion: Renewal of Improvement Security for SLD Docket No. 2005-24, Final Subdivision Plan for Liberty Point.

d. Discussion: Request for release of Improvement Security for SLD Docket No. 2013-07, Final Land Development Plan for Brooks Edge.

e. Discussion: Zoning Hearing Board report.

11. ASSISTANT MANAGER

a. FEMA Mitigation Grant Submission for 3529 Lisburn Road

b. Yappy Hour at the Dog Park at Lower Allen Community Park

12. MANAGER

a. Ordinance amendment – Requiring property owners to clear snow from around fire hydrants.
