2024 Fee Schedule (List of fees)
Lower Allen Township Authority (LATA) Fee Schedule
- Many Community Development Department customers’ projects also require some interaction with the Lower Allen Township Authority (LATA) pertaining to public sewer service. Examples include obtaining sewage facilities design approval for new subdivision and land development plans, making changes in sewer service billing rate when the use of a property is changed, purchasing sewer system capacity (payment of tapping fee) for construction of new buildings and changes in use of existing buildings, and obtaining permits to connect or disconnect a building from the public sewer system. These activities and fee payments occur at the LATA office. LATA personnel conduct inspections of public sewer service lines and connections to limit inflow and infiltration, in accordance with EPA/DEP regulations. LATA fees on the following schedule are established in accordance with the PA Municipal Authorities Act, and amendments to the act can require revisions to the fee schedule. Please contact LATA at the address or phone number provided on their fee schedule regarding any public sewer service issues.
