The “Barn” is a renovated facility which is air conditioned and fully ADA accessible.
The Lower Level of the Barn is equipped with a kitchen preparation area, refrigerator, tables, restrooms and space for 50 guests.
The Upper Level of the Barn is larger with wood floors and offers space for 120 people, a refrigerator, and kitchen preparation area.

Barn Rental Application – please confirm date/availability before submitting application/payment.
Barn Rules & Regulations Form – must be signed and summitted with Application.
Alcoholic Beverages Permit – required if alcohol is served or present.
Barn Rental Pricing Matrix – find pricing for Upper and Lower levels based on day of week, rental duration, and residency status.
Pay for your facility rental online. Click here to pay with a credit or debit card through the allpaid service. Note a 3% or $3.00 minimum convenience fee per transaction will be paid to allpaid.
