Richard (Rick) Grove has 30 years’ experience serving as a municipal chief financial officer, including 12 years with Lower Allen Township. Rick has a BS in Accounting, and a Masters of Public Administration. He holds several financial certifications. He plays a significant role in Township financial planning, budgeting, reporting, pension oversight, auditor and actuarial interaction, financial project management, as well as day-to-day duties of running the Finance Department.
Kathy Ritter began her employment with Lower Allen Township’s Finance Department in August of 1995. She holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration and is the Township’s Accounting Specialist. She performs many duties for the Township including payroll, accounts payable, general ledger work and sewer and trash billing. She also assists at the reception counter when needed. Kathy can be contacted for any questions residents may have pertaining to their sewer and trash accounts.
Beverly (Bev) Putric started her career with the township in 1995. She came to the township with knowledge and experience in medical billing and accounts receivable. Bev is the townships Certified Ambulance Coder. Any questions you may have regarding an ambulance transport or the townships ambulance subscription program can be directed to her. Bev also handles collection of past due accounts receivable invoices including refuse bills.
Rhonda Shenk is the Township’s Receptionist and Administrative Clerk. Her duties include, but are not limited to answering all Township phone calls, and processing any and all payments for Township services. Tina also assists residents with any questions they may have, and with directing them to the appropriate department.
