Kenneth ( Ken ) Rocuskie, Fleet Manager, started his career with Lower Allen Township in 1982. He attended Cumberland Perry Vo-Tec and received a degree in Automotive Technology. His duties include overseeing all the day to day activities involved in the Fleet department from scheduling services and repairs, making repairs, locating and ordering parts, evaluating the condition of the fleet, researching new vehicles and equipment, budget control, gathering all information and pricing for replacement vehicles and equipment for all departments within the Township. Keeping our Fleet in a safe ready to use state so other departments can perform their duties as needed.
Ken has a Class A CDL License with a Tanker endorsement, is a PA certified inspection mechanic, and a certified PA Emission Inspector.
Charlie Reynolds is a mechanic for the Township. He has been a mechanic for the Township for 8 years. Prior to coming to the Township he worked for John Deere for 23 years. He has numerous certifications for John Deere and small engines as well as Gas and Diesel engine Repair, Hydraulic Repair and troubleshooting, Small engine Repair and troubleshooting, Two Cycle engine Repair, Stihl Power Products Gold Level Status, and Powertrain Repair and Troubleshooting.
