The Do I Need a Permit? page breaks down different types of projects that require a permit and what forms and documents are needed for submission. It also lists projects that do not require a permit.
To submit an application, please complete the general permit application and any required supplemental forms and documents. There are checklists included below for a majority of our permits to assist with the application process. There is a $50.00 processing/inspector review fee required with submission. Additional fees for the permit will be determined upon plan review. Applications and forms can be submitted in-person or via email (listed at the top of the application).
NOTE: If the homeowner lives in a community that has a Homeowners Association (HOA), we will need the HOA's approval along with your application submission.
