Report Streetlight Outage

Residents may report non-operable streetlights directly to PPL at 1-800-342-5775. Be prepared to provide the pole number of the streetlight that is non-operable. The pole number is located on the streetlight about five feet from the ground on a metal tag. The pole number consists of five numbers followed by the letter “S” and another set of five numbers. Below is an image of what the pole number would look like.
