Recreation & Parks Board

The Recreation and Parks Board meets regularly to discuss the Township's parks, park features, recreation programs, and events. The Recreation and Parks Board also reviews plans and concepts for recreation-related items proposed by new developments in the Township. Annually, the Recreation and Parks Board will tour each park in Lower Allen Township in an effort to offer recommendations for changes, upgrades, and improvements to parks which are then presented to staff and the Board of Commissioners. The Recreation and Parks Board meets the 4th Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. except for the months when Park Tours occur.
