Bids & Requests for Proposals (RFP)

Summary: Lower Allen Township, the Lower Allen Township Development Authority, and the Lower Allen Township Stormwater Authority seek proposals from qualified Pennsylvania law firms to provide Solicitor services upon anticipated appointment on, or around, January 11, 2027.  The selected firm will participate in a 30-60-day transition and orientation period with the current solicitor prior to appointment.  Each board will make their own decision to appoint, but interviews may be conducted jointly among representatives from the collective boards and staff.
