Cumberland County 2026 Recycling Events

Cumberland County will be hosting some recycling events throughout the year. All events are held at the Cumberland County Recycling Center located at 1001 Claremont Road, Carlisle. Pre-registration is required for the events.

Paper Shredding

First 25 lbs. FREE; $0.15 per lb. after

Thursday, April 23rd, 10 AM - 2 PM

Tire Recycling

$0.15 per lb. disposal fee

Friday, May 15th, 9 AM - 3 PM

Friday, September 18th, 9 AM - 3 PM

Household Hazardous Waste

$0.75 per lb. disposal fee

Thursday, April 9th, 11 AM - 5 PM

Saturday, May 30th, 9 AM - 3 PM

Saturday, August 15th, 9 AM - 3 PM

Thursday, October 29th, 11 AM - 5 PM
