The Cumberland County Vector Control Office has provided confirmation that there are 29 West Nile positive mosquito collections in the county, including Lower Allen Township.

- Wear long sleeves shirts and pants if possible
- Wear repellent when needed
- Avoid dusk and dawn activities if possible
- Dump or treat any standing water on your property. This one is very important, especially with the rains we are getting recently
