6. CONSENT AGENDA
Any Commissioner, Staff member, or anyone in attendance who would like to have an item on the Consent Agenda removed for further discussion can request so now. Is there a request for the removal of an item(s) on the Consent Agenda?

Accept motion to approve the items on the Consent Agenda, which are listed as follows:

a. Department Reports for the month of March for Community Development, Township Engineer, Public Works, Fleet Maintenance, Economic Development and Public Safety.

b. Adopt Resolution 2017-R-11, a resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County Pennsylvania, proclaiming May 2017 as Building Safety Month.

c. Tax Collector’s March 2017 monthly report.

7. PRESIDENT BLACK

a. Check Register of April 14, 2017 in the amount of $377,605.80.

8. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to fifteen (15) minutes per person.

9. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

a. Discussion and Possible Action: Renewal of Improvement Security for SLD Docket 2003-06, Final Subdivision Plan for Manor at Fair Oaks, Phase 2 – Lot 27, establishing a new amount of $3,639.12, and a new expiration date of April 24, 2018.
