Lower Allen Township receives fire protection from two separate volunteer fire companies operating out of three stations.

Volunteers staff:  three 1500 gallon per minute pumpers (Engine), one rescue squad, one 100′ aerial platform truck, one Utility truck, and one Chief’s vehicle.

Location:  Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, PA  17011.
Call Volume:  Over 600 calls annually.
Has Live In Program with dorm style rooms.
Bunk rooms for volunteer staff.

Location:  800 Rupp Avenue, Camp Hill, PA  17011.
Live In Program for college students.

Lisburn Community Fire Company (Company 24)

Location:  1800 Main Street Lisburn.  Located on the township line with York County allows it to provide “first due” response service to portions of York County.

 

 

Lisburn Fire Company operates one 1,250 gallon per minute engine, one 3,000 gallon tanker. and one Utility truck from this station.  Lisburn hosts an Annual Festival, complete with a tractor parade and home cooked food, bingo games and block shoots as fund raisers.  Lisburn’s Ladies Auxilliary also host family style dinners throughout the year.  All dinners are held at the social hall.
