Staffed by the Records Supervisor and Records Clerk, the Police Administration and Records Unit is responsible for the accurate entry of all calls for:
- Criminal investigations
- Traffic and non-traffic citations
- Accident reports
- Warning notices
- Parking tickets
The Administration and Records Unit is open Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. As needed, appointments may be made for after hours by calling 717-975-7575 during normal business hours. Citizens can request information through a Right To Know request form to receive a public record. Click here for the form.
