SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT PLANS:

The following plans are scheduled for review by the Planning Commission at their next meeting on Tuesday, August 20, 7:00 Pm at the Township Building:

SLD Docket No. 2019-05: Land Development Plan for Verizon Wireless, 3628 Lisburn Road. Proposed construction of a 150-foot tall telecommunications monopole.

SLD Docket No. 2019-08: Subdivision Plan for Arcona Phase 3. Proposed subdivision of a 32.5 acre parcel in the 3200 block of Lisburn Road, creating three parcels of 1.802, 1.388 and 1.436 acres, with a remainder parcel of 27.882 acres.  NOTE: This plan has been removed from the 8-20-19 agenda, and will be considered at a future Planning Commission meeting.

SLD Docket No. 2019-10: Land Development Plan for 1120 St. Johns Road, Interstate Towing. Proposed construction of a 5,600 square foot one-story maintenance/storage building.

SLD Docket No. 2019-11: Land Development Plan for 1508 Cedar Cliff Drive, Sheetz. Proposed construction of a 6,077 square foot one-story convenience store, with drive through and six fueling islands.  NOTE: This plan has been removed from the 8-20-19 agenda, and will be considered at a future Planning Commission meeting.

On August 29, 2019 we confirmed that an Open House meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 11th from 7:00 – 9:00 pm. Today we can confirm that the open house will be held in the auditorium of Cedar Cliff High School.
The Township will use its LA Alerts robocall system closer to the date to remind folks of the open house. Only those who have signed up to receive calls will be notified, so if you are not signed up you may wish to do so. Just go to the Township website, www.latwp.org, and look for Subscribe to LA Alerts near the bottom of the page.
