Trader Joe’s is coming to Lower Allen Commons, Click here for more Information
The Lower Allen Township Development Authority purchased this site in 2019 after the Bon-Ton went bankrupt leaving 165,000 square feet vacant in the Township’s prime commercial corridor. The site is being redeveloped to encourage traffic from route 15 to stop, shop, dine, and stay in Lower Allen and frequent our businesses. Three units in the commercial condo known as Lower Allen Commons were already established, Burger King, Texas Roadhouse and Bonefish Grill. Two other units have approved land development plans. There are still tenant spaces available, and the property is for sale.
Above is the Lower Allen Condo Plan, you can click on the actual plan to review it or Click Here. Below you can click on each Unit to view the approved plan.
