NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

1. Docket #2018-07 – The application of RS1962, LLC, 1180 Lowther Road, Camp Hill, PA is requesting a variance from Section 220-53A(1) of the Code of the Township of Lower Allen to encroach into the front yard setback in the C-1 district to construct a commercial building addition.

2. Docket #2018-08 – The application of Richard and Pat Zulaica, 1181 Kingsley Road, Camp Hill, PA is requesting a variance from Section 220-150 B(1) of the Code of the Township of Lower Allen to encroach into the side yard setback to construct a garage accessory to the single-family home.

3. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting.
