5. CONSENT AGENDA
Any Commissioner, Staff member, or anyone in attendance who would like to have an item on the Consent Agenda removed for further discussion can request so now. Is there a request for the removal of an item(s) on the Consent Agenda?
Accept motion to approve the items on the Consent Agenda, which are listed as follows:
a. Adopt Resolution 2018-R-42, a Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Opposing legislation for Statewide collection and distribution of the Local Earned Income Tax (EIT).
b. Tax Collector’s October 2018 monthly report.
6. PRESIDENT BLACK
a. Motion to approve the Check Register of October 30, 2018 in the amount of $304,054.04.
b. Motion to approve the Manual Check Register from September 2018 in the amount of $350.00.
c. Motion to approve the Check Register of November 9, 2018 in the amount of $170,179.03.
7. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to fifteen (15) minutes per person.
8. TOWNSHIP ENGINEER
a. Discussion and Possible Action: Approve payment of Invoice No. 1 to Kinsley Construction for the 2018 Street Pavement Project.
b. Discussion and Possible Action: Agreement between Lower Allen Township and Lower Allen Township and Lower Allen Township Stormwater Authority.
