5. CONSENT AGENDA

Accept motion to approve the items on the Consent Agenda, which are listed as follows:

a. Department Reports for the month of November for Community Development, Fleet Maintenance, Facility Maintenance (October and November), Township Engineer, Public Works, and Public Safety.

b. Resolution 2020-R-42, authorizing the Township Manager to delegate expenditure approvals of up to Five thousand Dollars ($5,000) to Directors.

c. Resolution 2020-R-43 2021 Fee Schedule Resolution.

d. Tax Collectors November Monthly Report.

6. PRESIDENT VILLONE

a. Motion to approve the Check Register of December 18, 2020 in the amount of $715,437,25.

b. Accept motion to reappoint Ann Moran to the Lower Allen Township Zoning Hearing Board for a term of three years, beginning January 1, 2021.

c. Accept motion to reappoint Dennis Shatto, Esq., as Solicitor to the Lower Allen Township Zoning Hearing Board for a term of three years, beginning January 1, 2021.

d. Accept motion to reappoint Richard F. Schin to the Lower Allen Township Authority for a term of five years, beginning January 1, 2021.

e. Accept motion to appoint Timothy Johnson to the Lower Allen Township Authority to finish the unexpired term of Gordon Wilson, such term to expire on December 31, 2021.

f. Accept motion to reappoint Richard F. Schin to the Lower Allen Township Stormwater Authority for a term of five years, beginning January 1, 2021.

g. Accept motion to appoint Robert Edwards to the Lower Allen Township Stormwater Authority to finish the unexpired term of Gordon Wilson, such term to expire on December 31, 2021.

h. Accept motion to reappoint Salvatore Marone to the Lower Allen Township Development Authority for a term of five years, beginning January 1, 2021.

i. Accept motion to appoint David Clovsky to the Lower Allen Township Planning Commission for a term of four years, beginning January 1, 2021.

j. Accept motion to appoint Michael Washburn to the Lower Allen Township Planning Commission for a term of four years, beginning January 1, 2021.

k. Accept a motion to reappoint David Harmon to the Lower Allen Township Civil Service Commission for a term of six years, beginning January 1, 2021.

l. Accept motion to enact Ordinance 2020-09, Traffic Control Device Ordinance.

m. Motion to adopt Resolution 2020-R-44, a resolution of the Board of Commissioners of lower Allen Township to hire Bradley E. McCullough as Township Engineer and Public Works Director effective January 18, 2021 at a salary not to exceed Ninety-Two Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($92,000.00).

n. Motion to approve Resolution 2020-R-45, Appointing Douglas L. Foltz to the rank of Lieutenant of the Lower Allen Township Police Department, effective January 11, 2021.

o. Motion to approve Resolution 2020-R-46, Appointing Donald J. Sentman to the rank of Lieutenant of the Lower Allen Township Police Department, effective January 11, 2021.

p. Motion to approve Resolution 2020-R-47, hiring Michael P. Lightner as a Police Officer for the Police Department, effective January 11, 2021.

8. TOWNSHIP ENGINEER

a. Discussion and possible action: Approve payment of Invoice No. 5 to TRC in the amount of $10,296.72 for Construction Inspection services on the Gettysburg Road Relocation Project.

9. PUBLIC SAFETY

a. Accept a resignation from Molly Curtis as a full-time EMT.

b. Discussion and possible action: Approval to hire a full-time EMT to replace EMT Curtis.
