3. Approval of Meeting Minutes: January 25, 2021 Regular Meeting

4. Motion to approve Resolution 2021-R-06, Appointing Michael J. Scarlato to the rank of Corporal of the Lower Allen Township Police Department, effective February 8, 2021.

7. PRESIDENT VILLONE

a. Accept a motion to approve the Check Register of January 29, 2021in the amount of $238,070.62.

b. Accept a motion to approve the revised retirement date of Wendy Hayden to March 5th, 2021.

c. Accept a motion to accept the resignation of Recording Secretary Tina Thomas effective March 31, 2021.

9. TOWNSHIP ENGINEER

a. Discussion and possible action: Authorizing staff to prepare and advertise bids for replacement of a roof top HVAC unit (RTU-2) at the Municipal Services Center.

b. Discussion and possible action: Awarding a contract for the 2021 Fun Fort Reconstruction Project.

c. Discussion and possible action: Adopting Resolution 2021-R-07 Authorizing Placement of a Banner Across Arcona Road (SR 2015).

d. Discussion and possible action: Adopting Resolution 2021-R-08 Authorizing the Township Manager to Sign Amendment No. 2 to the Reimbursement Agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for the Gettysburg Road Relocation Project.

e. Discussion and possible action: Approving a License Agreement to allow installation and maintenance of a privately owned sanitary sewer facility in Hartzdale Drive.

10. COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

a. Discussion and Possible Action: Purchase of a 2021 Ford Ranger pickup truck to replace a 2005 Ford Explorer for Community & Economic Development. This is a budgeted replacement.

11. PUBLIC SAFETY

a. Civil Service Activation Approval Request to establish new list for Police Officer for the July 1st hire.

b. Resignation of Retired Chief Dave Crossley from EMS service with Lower Allen.

12. MANAGER

a. Discussion and possible action: Purchase of a 2021 Mack Dump Truck to replace a 2003 GMC Dump Truck.

b. Discussion and possible action: Purchase of three 2021 Ford F-350s to replace a 2005 Ford F-350 in Fleet Maintenance, a 2006 Ford F-350 in Public Works, and a 2010 F-350 in Parks.
