1. Call to Order by the Chairman. This is a Special Meeting held for the purpose of reviewing bids for Lower Allen Commons Site Improvements and other matters.

2. Proof of Posting is Available.

3. Public Comment.

4. Review Bid Tabulations and Proposals for Lower Allen Commons Site Improvements.

5. Action: Authorize Notice of Award to York Excavating Co. LLC in the amount of $1,846,073.75 for Lower Allen Commons Site Improvements.

6. Action: Approve proposal from ECS for construction material testing and construction observation services.

7. Executive Session: Lower Allen Commons

8. Next Meeting Date: Monday, March 15, 2021, 6:00PM.
