NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will convene a public hearing on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

1. Docket #2021-02 – The application of Linda Milletics, 10 Argali Lane, Mechanicsburg, PA is requesting a variance from Section 220-215B(2) of the Codified Ordinances of Lower Allen Township (The Code). The applicant wants to erect a 6’ high PVC privacy fence that does not comply with front yard requirements.

2. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting.
