3. Approval of Meeting Minutes: May 10, 2021 Regular Meeting

4. Presentation: Police Citations and Commendations.

6. CONSENT AGENDA
Any Commissioner, Staff member, or anyone in attendance who would like to have an item on the Consent Agenda removed for further discussion can request so now. Is there a request for the removal of an item(s) on the Consent Agenda?

Accept motion to approve the items on the Consent Agenda, which are listed as follows:

a. Department Reports for the month of April for Community Development, Fleet Maintenance, Facility Maintenance, Township Engineer, Public Works, and Public Safety.

b. Tax Collectors April Monthly Report.

7. PRESIDENT VILLONE

a. Motion to approve the Check Register of May 21, 2021 in the amount of $306,693.74.

b. Motion to adopt Resolution 2021-R-22, recognizing the Proclamation of the week containing May 15th, 2021 as National Police Week.

8. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to fifteen (15) minutes per person.

9. TOWNSHIP ENGINEER

a. Discussion and possible action: Approve Request for Release of Improvement Security for Off-Site Improvements related to SLD Docket No. 2011-06, Meridian.

b. Discussion: Review of Proposed Amendment to Hampden Township’s Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map.

10. STORMWATER PROGRAM MANAGER

a. Discussion and possible action: PADEP Growing Greener Plus Grant Program Funding Approval.

b. Motion to adopt Resolution 2021-R-23 authorizing the Township to submit proposals to the PADEP Growing Greener Plus Grants Program for stormwater management projects.

11. PUBLIC SAFETY

a. Discussion and possible action: Approval of Senior CSO job description and rate of pay, and permission to hire.

b. Discussion and possible action: Approval of Job Description Volunteer Data Management and quality control.

12. MANAGER

a. Discussion: Additional solar proposals.

b. Discussion and possible action: Extension of the Emergency Declaration.
