NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will convene a public hearing on Thursday, August 19, 2021, at 7:00 PM at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

1. Docket #2021-06 – The application of Cedar Cliff Properties, LLC, 670 Grays Woods Blvd., Port Matilda, PA 16870, is requesting a special exception in accordance with Section 220-241 of the Codified Ordinances of LAT to reduce the number of required off-street parking spaces to facilitate a change of building use at 1120 Carlisle Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011.

2. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting.
