NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township (LAT), Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will convene a public hearing on Thursday, November 18, 2021, at 7:00 PM at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp     Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

1. Docket #2021-10 – The application of Presbyterian Development, LLC, is requesting a variance from Chapter 220 Attachment 2, Zoning Ordinance Sign Table by Zoning District of the Codified Ordinances of LAT to construct a pylon sign at 2500 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011 that will exceed the sign table area limit for freestanding signs in the I-3 zoning district.

2. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting.
