NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will convene a public hearing on Thursday, May 19, 2022, at 6:30 PM at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

1. Docket #2022-04 – The application of Andrew Brisbin, 4901 Colonial Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA is requesting a variance from Section 220-215B(2) of the Code of Lower Allen Township (Code) to install a 6’ fence in the front yard.

2. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting.
