DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY LOWER ALLEN TOWNSHIP
SPECIAL MEETING JUNE 1, 2022
The following were in ATTENDANCE:

Mr. Stoner, Chairman called this special meeting of the Lower Allen Township Development Authority to order at 6:03pm and announced Proof of Publication was available for review.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MAY 2, 2022
Mr. EBY made a motion to approve the minutes of the May 2, 2022 meeting with correction of the spelling of Tanya Ulsh last name. Mr. MARONE seconded the motion. Motion carried, 5-0.
PUBLIC COMMENT
None
ACTION: APPROVE PAYMENTS FROM MAY 16, 2022 – JUNE 1, 2022 IN THE AMOUNT OF $83,024.02.
Mr. EBY made a motion to approve payments from May 16, 2022 – June 1, 2022 in the amount of $83,024.02. Mr. MARONE seconded the motion. Motion carried, 5-0.
RECESS TO EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Regular Meeting of the Development Authority recessed into Executive Session to discuss real estate transactions for Lower Allen Commons @ 6:06pm:

RECONVENE REGULAR MEETING
The Regular Meeting of the Development Authority reconvened @6:38pm.
DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION: SALE OF UNIT 3
This item was tabled.
DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION: APPROVE RESOLUTION 2022-01 SALE OF LOWER ALLEN COMMONS UNIT 1.
Mr. EBY made a motion to approve Resolution 2022-01, Sale of Lower Allen Commons Unit 1 to Tonia Ulsh and/or her assigns. Mr. O’SHEA seconded the motion. Motion carried, 5-0.
DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION: APPROVE RESOLUTION 2022-02 SALE OF LOWER ALLEN COMMONS UNIT 2.
Mr. EBY made a motion to approve Resolution 2022-02, Sale of Lower Allen Commons Unit 2 to SWS Investments, LLC. Mr. O’SHEA seconded the motion. Motion carried, 5-0.
Mr. EBY made a motion in respect to Unit 2, to approve authorized signature of the first amendment of the Declaration of Condominium of Lower Allen Commons Condominium. Mr. MARONE seconded the motion. Motion carried, 5-0.
NEXT MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
The next meeting of the Development Authority is scheduled for Monday, June 20, 2022 at 6:00pm.

Mr. EBY made a motion to adjourn. Mr. MARONE seconded the motion. Motion carried, 5-0. Meeting adjourned at 6:42pm.
