LOWER ALLEN TOWNSHIP DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 21, 2023

The following were in ATTENDANCE:

Chairman Stoner called the meeting of the Lower Allen Township Development Authority to order at 6:01pm and announced Proof of Publication was available for review.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF JULY 17, 2023
Mr. EBY made a motion to approve the minutes of the July 17, 2023. Mr. MARONE seconded the motion. Motion carried, 4-0.

PUBLIC COMMENT – THERE WAS NONE.

ACTION: APPROVE CHECK REGISTER FOR AUGUST 2023 IN THE AMOUNT OF $889.88
Mr. EBY made a motion to approve check register for August 2023 in the amount of $889.88. Mr. MARONE seconded the motion. Motion carried, 4-0.

ACTION: APPROVE LEASE EXTENSION FOR 3901 HARTZDALE DRIVE.
Mr. EBY made a motion to approve the lease extension for 3901 Hartzdale Drive with correction of second and third year to November 1, 2024 and November 1, 2025. Mr. O’SHEA seconded the motion. Motion carried, 4-0.

Mr. Black entered the meeting at this point.

RECESS TO EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Regular Meeting of the Development Authority recessed into Executive Session to discuss real estate matters @ 6:06pm.

RECONVENE REGULAR MEETING
The Regular Meeting of the Development Authority reconvened @ 6:30pm

Mr. Eby stated housing construction is underway at Lark Meadows which is between the turnpike and Rossmoyne School. Permits were also issued for Birch Grove where the Townhouses are complete and the permits are now issued for the single family homes.

NEXT MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
The next meeting of the Development Authority is scheduled for Monday, September 18, 2023 at 6:00pm.

Mr. EBY made a motion to adjourn. Mr. MARONE seconded the motion. Motion carried, 5-0. Meeting adjourned at 6:33pm.
