NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the Township of Lower Allen, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, shall consider the enactment of this Ordinance at a public hearing on January 9, 2017, commencing at 6:00 o’clock p.m., prevailing time, at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Rd, Camp Hill, PA 17011, or at a subsequent public hearing held thereafter by the Board of Commissioners.
A Summary of the Ordinance is as follows:
ORDINANCE 2017-01
AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF LOWER ALLEN TOWNSHIP, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING, MODIFYING AND CHANGING THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF LOWER ALLEN, SECTION 220-SA, THE ZONING MAP OF THE LOWER ALLEN TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE OF 2009, AS AMENDED, TO REZONE THREE (3) TRACTS OF LAND FROM R-2 SINGLE-FAMILY RURAL RESIDENTIAL TO R-3 MULTI FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
The parcels proposed for rezoning arc:
PN 13-10-0258-21 EX, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, owner, 0.5 acres located at the Southeast quadrant of 1-76 at Lisburn Road.
PN 13-27-1879-021, People Sanctuary, Inc. owner, 28.75 acres located at 3045 Lisburn Road. PN 13-10-0258-022, Jason and Theresa Cagle, owners, 1.0 acres located at 310I Lisburn Road.
A copy of the full text of the proposed Ordinance may be examined at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, address as stated above, Monday through Friday, during the hours of 8:00 o’clock a.m. and 4:00 o’clock p.m., prevailing time, in the office of the Township Secretary, and is also available at the Lower Allen Township Website – www. latwp.org.
