MINUTES

PLANNING COMMISSION:                                             LOWER ALLEN TOWNSHIP

REGULAR MEETING:                                                      MARCH 19, 2019

The following were in ATTENDANCE:

Chairman McCreary called the March 19, 2019 Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission to order at 7:00 pm.

 

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Mr. MAGNUSSON moved to approve the minutes from the February 19, 2019 regular meeting. Mr. BLACKWELL seconded the motion. Motion carried 4-0.

OLD BUSINESS  None.

NEW BUSINESS

SLD Docket No. 2019-04:  Minor Land Development Plan for Donald L. Jr. and Tena L Brown, Lisburn Road Parcel No. 13-28-2430-024:

Proposed subdivision of a 1.418 acre vacant lot, with the subdivided parcels to be added to adjacent parcels

Applicant Presentation

Eric Diffenbaugh from Diffenbaugh Wadel, Inc., gave a description of what was included in the plan for subdividing this lot. The lot will be divided in half evenly between the two adjacent properties. There are no improvements planned.

Township Staff Comments

None.

County Comments

Plat appears to comply with regulations. The only comment mentioned addresses recording the plan.

Action

Mr. MAGNUSSON moved to approve SLD Docket No. 2019-04 as submitted. Mr. CLOVSKY seconded the motion. Motion carried 4-0.

OTHER BUSINESS

None.

Mr. Flint stated that two plans have come in for next month’s meeting. One is for a cell tower and one is for an addition on a church building. The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 7:00 pm.

ADJOURNMENT

Mr. CLOVSKY moved to adjourn the regular meeting of the Planning Commission at 7:12 pm. Mr. BLACKWELL seconded the motion. Motion carried 4-0.
