Docket #2020-01 – Public notice for the appeal and alternative variance request filed by Global Video, Inc and David Betesh regarding freestanding signs installed at 3401 Hartzdale Drive was originally provided for a January 16, 2020 public hearing. The 3rd of 3 continuances was granted and announced by the ZHB at its June 18, 2020 meeting.

Docket # 2020-05- The application of McDonald’s Corp., c/o McDonald’s USA, LLC, 100 North Carpenter Street, Chicago, IL 60607 is requesting a special exception in accordance with Section 220-241 of the Codified Ordinance of Lower Allen Township to reduce the number of off-street required parking spaces to facilitate a building addition at 1014 Wesley Drive.

Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting
