DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY LOWER ALLEN TOWNSHIP
SPECIAL MEETING JUNE 1, 2021
The following were in ATTENDANCE:

Due to COVID-19 this meeting is being held virtually as permitted by law during this emergency. The link to the meeting registration will be made available at 4PM on February 16, 2020 on the Lower Allen Township website and on its Facebook page. This meeting is being recorded. The recording will also be made available on the website.
Mr. Stoner, Chairman called this special meeting of the Lower Allen Township Development Authority to order at 6:01pm and announced Proof of Publication was available for review.
ACTION: APPROVE BUILDERS RISK INSURANCE:
Mrs. Trone informed the Board when she provided them with the actual bidder’s information, Liberty became less expensive than Select; Liberty was 2.3 Million for the building for $6,806 which is the lower price. Mr. EBY made a motion to ratify the Builders Risk Insurance to go with the lower bid from Liberty Mutual of $6,806. Mr. MARONE seconded the motion. Motion carried, 4-0.
ACTION: APPROVE FOURTH AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT OF SALE WITH CENTRAL PA EQUITIES 31 LLC THE HOTEL GROUP:
Mrs. Trone explained this is to move the sale date to the end of September. Mr. EBY made a motion to approve the 4th amendment for the contract of sale with Central PA Equities 31, LLC for Unit #4.
Mr. MARONE seconded the motion. Motion carried, 4-0.
Chairman Stoner mentioned that he saw a load of concrete blocks on the site and wondered if this was for the foundation of Unit #3. Mrs. Trone stated they were to start pouring footers this week, so it most likely was for the Unit #3.

The Regular Meeting of the Development Authority recessed into Executive Session to discuss real estate transactions for Lower Allen Commons @ 6:07pm:
