NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will convene a public hearing on Thursday,  June 16, 2022, at 6:30 PM at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

1. Docket #2022-05 – The application of Tonia Ulsh and/or her assigns, 3780 Trindle Road, Camp Hill, PA is requesting a special exception in accordance with Section 220-241 of the Code of Lower Allen Township (Code) to reduce the required number of parking spaces and is requesting a variance from Section 220-243.A.(1) of the Code to eliminate off-street loading and unloading spaces for a retail establishment at 3521 Gettysburg Road.

2. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting.
