NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will convene a public hearing on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 7:00 PM at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

1. Docket #2024-02 – The application of C & Z Construction, 4825 Derry Street, Harrisburg, PA is requesting a variance from Section 220-24(A)(2) and Section 220- 222(A)(4) and (B)(1) of the Code of Lower Allen Township. The applicant wants to construct an addition onto the residence that is non-conforming that will encroach into the side yard setback at 1600 Fox Hollow Road, Mechanicsburg, PA which is in the R-1 zoning district.

2. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB, and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting.
