NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at 7:00 p.m., at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

1. Docket #2016-02 – The application of Douglas Barry, 840 Kiehl Drive, Lemoyne, PA 17043 is requesting a variance from Section 220-150.B.(2) of the Codified Ordinances of Lower Allen Township. The applicant is proposing the construction of a nonresidential accessory storage building at 3900 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, PA that would be located less than 15 feet from the side and rear property lines.

2. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting.
